• Reservation process and required advance payment
• Price validity and what is included or excluded
• Cancellation, refund timing, and amendments
• Weather, road changes, itinerary changes, and force majeure
• Traveler conduct, identification, health, and medical responsibility
• Travel insurance and emergency responsibility
• Luggage, children, and room-sharing arrangements
• Personal expenses and optional activities
